Tezos Domains Foundation

The Tezos Domains Foundation (TDF) is a non-profit entity registered in the Cayman Islands that represents Tezos Domains in the off-chain world.

Among other things, the TDF can:

• Represent Tezos Domains legally and enter into agreements
• Provide limited liability, keeping token holders from being directly responsible for actions of the DAO in the legal sense
• Act on the treasury according to passed proposals and manage operational expenses in fiat currencies

As a non-profit foundation company, the TDF has no shareholders, and can pay out no dividends.
